In today's world of primarily digital data processing, the collection and sharing of data and thus also personal data has become very e ffi cient and fast. It is therefore all the more important that such data is handled carefully.

We, the BeeVital company, process many different types of data, including personal data. We assure you that we handle the data stored with us carefully and also pay attention according to our possibilities and state of the art of technical development to take measures against unauthorized data access and to develop further.

The European Union has created a framework for the handling of personal data with the Data Protection Basic Regulation, GDPR for short, created. As BeeVital we are subject to this regulation and have summarized in the following document how we handle data, how

we process it and what your rights are as a customer or contact of BeeVital.

Types and sources of processed data

 

Data sources: All data that we process has been obtained either by you initiating business

with us, or for example by filling out a contact form, sending an inquiry and/or placing an order by e-mail or telephone, participating in a survey or by a contracting company which has passed on your data to us for a legitimate purpose.

BeeVital processes the following personal data: These may be prior (not exhaustive):

demographic data such as name, address, telephonenumber, email, product/service data, survey processing results, company data, sales, transactions, orders, logs, credit rating data.

BeeVital stores and processes this data in electronic form on its own servers and on those of contractors.

 

Purpose of the processing and storage of data

 

In the context of our activities we process your data on the one hand without the possibility

of the allocation to your person, and on the other hand with this possibility - the personal data.

 

That means in detail:

We use data without allocation to your person, e.g. for statistical evaluations, for the

purpose of operation, security and optimisation of our website, or also for anonymous

recording of the scope and type of use of our website and other services.

We process personal data:

 

- To fulfil the contract, depending on the type of contract for certain services for the sold-to

party, certain data must be processed (for example, order entry, delivery, etc.).

- in order to satisfy legal obligations

- due to a legitimate interest, e.g. in the form of creditworthiness and default risk

determination, fraud prevention measures - on the basis of consent or consent

 

The processing of personal data for the purpose of market research is carried out only in the company's own interest. This information enables us to provide personalized and location-based content, analyse traffic, troubleshoot and correct errors, and improve our services.

This is also our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f) GDPR.

If you subscribe or have subscribed to our newsletter, we will use the data required for this purpose or provided separately by you in order to send you our e-mail newsletter regularly on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a message to the contact person described above. After you unsubscribe, we will delete your e-mail address unless

you have expressly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use further data (e.g. to carry out orders), which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.

("Google") for the purpose of evaluating user behaviour and developing and improving our website. Google Analytics uses automatisms, so-called "cookies". By using our website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google.

You have the possibility to regulate the handling of cookies in your internet browser and to delete them from your computer again.

 

Disclosure of data

 

BeeVital is permitted to pass on personal data stored for the purpose of executing the contract to third parties in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, insofar as this serves to process the order or safeguard BeeVital's legitimate interests. A passing on takes place also in each case necessary extent at contract enterprises. A passing on to third parties for other purposes, or even a sale of data, does not take place.

 

Deletion of data

 

BeeVital removes personal data at the written request of the entitled party, after checking the claim for deletion (e.g. identity of the requesting party). A legitimately applied for deletion takes place immediately after determination or after expiration of the minimum storage periods determined by legal regulations.

 

Rights according to GDPR (EU only)

 

The GDPR grants the following rights for personal data:

Pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to demand information on the personal data processed by us to the extent specified therein; pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to demand immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us; pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to demand deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless further processing is required.

- on the exercise of freedom of expression and information; - to fulfil a legal obligation;

- for reasons of the public interest or

- for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims

 

is required; in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as

 

- the correctness of the data is denied by you;

- the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it

- we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or

- you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR; pursuant to Art. 20

 

GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a

structured, common and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another

responsible person; pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to a

supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority at your usual place of residence or workplace or at our company headquarters.
