We are immediately looking for an experienced employee for our Order Management in part-time or full-time (20–38.5h) for our site in Korneuburg.

Your tasks

Purchasing: Obtaining and comparing offers, processing orders, organizing transports, incoming goods inspection, and stock management

Sales processing: Recording customer orders, organizing transports, inventory management, preparing export documents

General office administration: e-mail correspondence, filing, telephone, etc.

Order and master data maintenance in the ERP system
Your profile

Strong communication skills
Interest in environmental and bee-related topics

High motivation and quick comprehension

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, …)

Completed commercial training (e.g., business academy)

Professional experience in purchasing, sales, or export is an advantage

Independent, organized, precise, and efficient working style

Positive attitude, flexibility, and a cheerful personality

Excellent German and good business English skills, additional languages are an advantage
We offer

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2,195.00 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours/week). Actual remuneration – depending on qualifications and experience – will be above the collective minimum.
